Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may be available at checkout.
Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delays Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with filing a claim and resolving the issue.
